About “Scenic”
"Scenic" is my catch-all, where I group everything that is not an airplane or a train. I love landscapes and buildings, particularly the way the two go together to make a pleasing scene. Though there are plenty of such scenes in California's highly paintable Sonoma County where I live, they take a back seat to my desire to paint aircraft and trains. Still, the occasional vineyard, rustic barn, or Victorian pops up in my work now and then, as do other flights of fancy. You will find all such things here.Paintings on Commission
I create paintings on commission, such as your personal airplane, a favorite boat, ship, or train, or your beloved hot rod. I can even resurrect historical scenes that were never captured on film (such as my painting Hit My Smoke), or create new scenes from your imagination.
